Booking Procedure

• Please check the table below for availability then contact the owners with details of your preferred dates, names, ages if under 25, postal address, email address and phone numbers. Personal contact details are kept in strictest confidence and never passed on to any other person, organisation or company.
• A provisional booking can be held for a few days to allow for the booking deposit to be sent.
• A deposit of one third is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the start date.
• If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the rental starts, then the whole fee is due on booking.
• Payment can be accepted by internet banking, cheque, paypal or money orders. Regretfully, cards cannot be accepted..

Restrictions

• Sorry, no smoking, stag or hen parties.
• As a courtesy to neighbours, we request that noise is kept to a minimum especially after 11pm.
• Clients are requested to leave the cottage clean and tidy and to separate refuse for recycling.
• Further conditions apply which will be sent at booking. Details available on request.
• Regretfully, Kittiwake Cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems as the stairs are fairly steep and winding and there are steps between rooms on the ground floor.
• One well behaved dog is accepted by prior arrangement. Conditions apply, please ring or email. £15.

Larger parties

Kittiwake Cottage accommodates 4 in comfort with capacity for one or two additional children on a camp bed, sofa bed or cot. Larger parties (up to 8) can be accommodated in the adjoining property - Windfall Cottage - or by booking both Kittiwake and Windfall together (max 12/13). Windfall Cottage is under seperate ownership. Both cottages are very popular so a double booking would need to be made well in advance.Click here to see the Windfall Cottage website. Short breaks

Short Breaks are available from November through to the end of March but excluding the English school holiday periods. Minimum stay is 7 nights at all other times. Short breaks can be taken as a long weekend - (3 nights from Friday to Monday) or a mid-week break (4 nights from Monday to Friday).

Prices & Availability 2010

• Prices are given in UK pounds and are for the whole property rental.
• Prices include bed linen, bath & beach towels, electricity, hot water, logs, highchair and stair gate.
• A £10 additional charge is made for a camp bed/cot. We don't provide bedding for the cot.
• One well behaved dog is accepted by prior arrangement. Conditions apply, please ring or email. £15.
