Booking Information

• Sleeps 4 people in comfort with a quality, single futon bed available for an additional child and a travel cot for infants – £20 charge for the additional bed £10 for the travel cot
• Bookings can be made online using the calendar below. 
• Well-behaved adult dogs welcomed. Conditions apply, please ring or email. £20 additional charge per stay per dog
• 30% of the Booking Price is required when making your booking reservation
• Your Booking is accepted only once we issue a Booking Confirmation.
• The holiday must be paid for in full 8 weeks before the start date.
• When your Booking Reservation is made after the Balance Due Date, you must pay the full balance of the Booking Price at the time of making a Booking Reservation.
• Payment can be accepted by credit/debit card, internet banking or cheque.

Restrictions

• Sorry, no smoking.
• Regretfully, Kittiwake Cottage may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems due to steep stairs and steps between rooms on the ground floor.
• Terms & Conditions must be read and agreed as part of the booking process.

Short breaks

• Short Breaks are available from November to Easter (excluding English school holiday dates). Minimum stay is 7 nights at all other times.
• Short breaks can be taken as 3 nights from Friday to Monday or 4 nights from Monday to Friday.

Prices include:

• Bed linen, one bath and one hand towel per person, kitchen towels and tea towels, hot water, electricity and logs. Please bring your own beach towels.
• There is an additional charge of £10 for a cot, £20 for the futon bed, and a fee of £20 for each dog per stay.
